Inspired by Filipino and Chinese fusions, our BBQ skewers are back on our buffet boat:
- Pork Adobo – A Filipino dish of pork marinated and braised in a soy-garlic sauce (with white rice)
- Sweet and Sour Chicken – Chicken stir-fried with vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce (with white rice)
- Pancit – Filipino rice noodles stir-fried with vegetables

Enjoy a shared festive meal as you glide along the glittery canals lit by the magical lights of Amsterdam. Mix and match for a custom-made fondue spread and pair with a warm cup of homemade gluhwein or hot chocolate!
